Founding Partner · Lawyer & Author

A lawyer with dual qualification in Portugal and Brazil (Portuguese Bar no. 67883F; Brazilian Bar OAB-SP 444.967), specialised in international mobility, immigration to Portugal, nationality litigation and AIMA proceedings. He is the author of “Immigrating to Portugal: A Legal Guide for Foreigners” (2025), a practical reference on the subject.

A PhD candidate in Juridical-Business Sciences at the University of Coimbra and holder of a Master’s in International Law, he provides the legal authority for matters requiring court representation or formal legal opinions — running every case with method, clarity and predictability.
