Apply on our site
About 15 minutes, including four short written answers. Everyone applying for the same role gets the same questions in the same order — that is where the assessment starts.

Interview with a work sample
A structured interview plus an exercise based on the real work of the role. At the final stage we ask for references from former direct managers.

Decision
We decide against a scoring grid written before applications open, not on general impression. We reply to every application, including the ones that do not move forward, as soon as screening is complete.
